ANALOGUES ARE NOT CONSIDERED
1. A mandatory condition of the tender is the fixing of the price until 31.12.2022.
2. A mandatory condition of the tender is the availability of valid accreditation of the FGC Group of Companies.
For the accreditation of new counterparties, please write to the following e-mail: KomarovaVD@fsk.ru until 12.05.2022 inclusive.
3. The offered products must comply with the manufacturer's marking. Have certificates and quality certificates (upon request to provide).
4. The applicant has the right to provide the TCP only for those positions that he wants to apply for (it is not necessary to apply for all positions, but it is desirable).
5. Prices in the tender are indicated with VAT and delivery on the condition of deferred payment.
6. In the absence of a delivery contract with the consignee and in case of disagreement to sign the attached form of the FGC contract, it is necessary to enclose your Protocol of disagreement when submitting a commercial offer.
7. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of FGC GC LLC at the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the winner of the request for proposals becomes the participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals.
