If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% postpayment upon completion of work, according to acts of work performed. The cost of the work includes:
- the cost of major repairs of electrical sections;
- the cost of repairing electrical machines;
- the cost of repairing wheelsets with gears;
- the cost of railway services, for the supply (cleaning) of sections of electric trains to (s) the territory of the plant, from the railways adjacent to the plant stations (this service is exposed to the Customer if the Contractor has these costs).
A quotation provides the price data necessary to determine the total cost of repairing an electric train (electric sections), depending on the actual condition and operating time of the equipment.
Delivery terms:According to the statement of work.
