2. The Supplier shall provide a certificate of conformity and/or a declaration of conformity for the Goods if, in accordance with the current legislation, the Goods are subject to certification and/or declaration. The Supplier also provides documents confirming the conformity of the Goods with the mandatory requirements provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation (depending on which requirements are applicable to the delivered Goods): veterinary, sanitary and epidemiological requirements and hygienic standards, industrial safety requirements, fire safety requirements and other mandatory requirements provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The product must also be accompanied by a quality certificate or a quality certificate of the manufacturer.
3. The product must be new, in the manufacturer's packaging. The supplier's and manufacturer's warranty for the Product must be at least 12 months, warranty obligations apply to all products and all its constituent parts.
4. The goods must be packed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the delivered Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and in the necessary manner for the appropriate mode of transport.
