Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:deferred payment of at least 70 calendar days from the date of delivery to the warehouse of APH "Miratorg".The price fixed according to the results of the tender remains unchanged until 30.08.24. The price must be provided in Rubles of the Russian Federation
Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse by and at the Seller's expense. The shipping cost must be included in the price of the Product.

Comments:
Prices should be exactly for the units of measurement specified in the tender.

The tender should offer kits with the maximum possible number of studies in the composition. The number of studies must be indicated in the description of the equivalent.

In this tender APH "Miratorg" will take into account the prices of Bidders without VAT! But deliveries will be with actual VAT.

The shelf life of the drugs supplied to the Miratorg APH must be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory shelf life) at the time of delivery to the Miratorg APH warehouse.

We ask you to indicate all equivalents in the "Description of the equivalent" field. After the completion of the first round of the Competitive bidding process, editing and entering information into the "Equivalent Description" fields is prohibited. At the rebidding stage, it is only allowed to reduce the price. All Bidders who violate this requirement will be excluded from the tender. Their bids will not be considered.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
