All proposals for manufacturers are accepted, it is mandatory to provide a Certificate (declaration) of compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of machinery and Equipment" TR CU 010/2011, Passports, installation and operating manuals for the supplied equipment (including drawings of attachment to the hopper and air supply points with the type of connection), Fasteners for installations on the material pipeline (estrus) DN 250 with instructions for its installation, fittings for connecting compressed air.
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
