2.3. Payment for Works is made in the following order:

Delivery terms:
3.1. The Contractor is obliged to perform the Work in the following terms:
3.1.1. Start date of the Work – the date following the date of payment by the Customer of the advance payment for the Work provided for in clause 2.3.1. of the Contract.
3.1.2. The completion date of the Work is within 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of commencement of the Work (clause 3.1.1. of the Agreement).
3.2. The Contractor has the right to perform the Work provided for in the Agreement ahead of schedule without violating the work production technology established by the norms and rules, as well as the instructions and instructions of the manufacturers, while the Contractor does not has the right to demand an increase in the Price of Works.
3.3. The deadlines for the execution of Works may be changed by agreement of the Parties in writing by signing an additional agreement to the Contract.
