Payment terms:The Buyer makes 100% payment for the delivered goods, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer's OTC, but no later than 60 days from the date of delivery. Settlements are made using separate accounts opened with an authorized bank.
Delivery terms:7 (calendar) days from the date of signing the agreement.
