Customer, being Organizer of auctions on behalf of "Тulachermet" (further "Customer") encourages individual entrepreneurs and juridical persons (further - "Contractors") to participate in the open one-stage tender without preliminary selection (further - "tender") for the right to sign the agreement to perform activities as follows - "Extensive repairs of the Turbo-generator 5 (tacho generators-5)"
Lot #1. Extensive repairs of tacho generator-5: - turbine PT-60-90/13/2,5 (Leningrad metallic plant, inv. 795, 1967 year of manufacturing.) - alternator TVF-60-2 (Novosibirsk turbo-generator plant, manager. 65, 1966 year of manufacturing.) List of activities on the turbine: Analysis (on separate record of faults) - Repair of the flowing part.-Repair of the system of regulation-repair of the system of steam distributionRepair of diaphragm CVP .- Replacing the valve KOS.-Repair-REPAIR of supports of bearings-changeovers of the springs of the clutch Bibi.-repair and replacing of inserts of hydrogen seals. List of activities on the alternator:-Extaction of the blade ring, check of ventilation, check of gas density, check of tread rings, trial, elimination of defects.-water purification of cavity and wiring of oil, check of wirings with replacement of wedges (if necessary), check of brazing of the rods and leading-outs, tesing of wiring and iron. Non-sample activities on the turbine: - replacement of the stop valve changeover, changeover of steam transfer pipes from the lock to regulating valves - replacement of existing chimney seals CVP and low-pressure cylinders for the modernized with groove and fitting installation sites. - replacement of the existing control valves with the modern ones.
Monitoring procedure of metal and welded joints is duty to Contractor. Supply of materials - to Customer. Max. duration of the repair - 90 cal. days, Min. - determined by Contractor of the repair
Start of repair - June 2010.
