Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the work performed shall be made by the Customer within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of the cost of the work performed and costs in the form no. KS-3, the Act of acceptance of the work performed in the form no. KS-2, if there is a corresponding invoice of the Contractor (if it is to be issued in accordance with clause 5.3 of the Contract).
