Preference will be given to Bidders with a deferred payment of at least 60 days from the date of full delivery to the Consignee's warehouse
If the Supplier requires an advance payment, the Supplier undertakes to provide a Bank Guarantee from the Supplier's bank for the entire amount of the advance payment. Information on the readiness to provide a bank guarantee must be indicated in the bid form, in clause 8 of the Payment Terms.
