Payment terms:Offered by the supplier. Competitive bids must contain the final price offer, taking into account all the Contractor's expenses for the delivery of Goods to the Customer (including delivery to the Customer's construction site). All prices and amounts in the offer must be indicated in rubles, final and contain VAT, calculated at a rate of 20%. The Customer provides for the possibility of making an advance payment, subject to the provision of an Independent bank guarantee for the return of the advance payment and the Insurance Policy.
Finally, the amount of the advance payment is determined by the proposal of the Applicant and by the result of the tender procedure.
