Payment terms:Offered by the supplier. Competitive bids must contain the final price offer, taking into account all the Contractor's expenses for the delivery of Goods to the Customer (including delivery to the Customer's construction site). All prices and amounts in the offer must be indicated in rubles, final and contain VAT, calculated at a rate of 20%. For companies operating under the simplified taxation system (USN), the provision of an information letter in which the tax authority will confirm the receipt of an application for switching to the USN.
The Customer provides for the possibility of making an advance payment, subject to the provision of an Independent bank Guarantee for the return of the advance payment and an Insurance Policy.
Finally, the amount of the advance payment is determined by the proposal of the Applicant and by the result of the tender procedure.
