Payment terms:The Customer shall pay for the completed works in the amount of 100% of their cost within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act confirming the acceptance of the completed works, provided there are no claims on their quality and provided the Customer receives a duly executed invoice in the name of the Buyer, the original contract and specifications. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods shall be made within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer of all the above documents.
