Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Preference is mainly given to conditions with a deferred payment of 30 k.d. from the date of completion of the work.
All advance payments in the amount equal to or exceeding 500,000 rubles are paid by the Buyer only upon receipt from the Seller of the original bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment with the provision of an invoice for the amount of the advance payment

• Before the start of work – the development of a PPR is required
• Development of a network schedule of dismantling works is required

Technical and Commercial Proposals should be prepared in the form of a Commercial Proposal, provide a completed Commercial Proposal form, a functional specification and a reference list.
