Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Postpaid non-cash payment system. Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of at least until 04/01/2026 (i.e. for at least 1 year). The date when the Customer fulfills its obligations to pay for services is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account. Payment for works/services is carried out within 21 (twenty-one) calendar days from the date of submission of the package of supporting documents (invoice, certificate of completed works, register), and if the documents are provided at different times – according to the last missing document.
Delivery terms:Delivery of buses daily
- Drivers with the appropriate categories must be allowed to transport passengers;
- Compliance with the work and rest regime of drivers established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- Regular provision of drivers with the necessary operational information about traffic conditions and work on the route;
- Organization of monitoring of compliance by drivers with the requirements for ensuring the safety of passenger transportation.
- Provision of vehicles with fuel and lubricants;
- Ensuring the replacement of vehicles for the duration of their repair;
- Availability of a license in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 27, 2019 No. 195 "On licensing activities for the transportation of passengers and other persons by buses".
Requirements for the quality of services provided:
The passage of state technical inspection by buses in due time and control before release to the line.
Drivers must undergo mandatory pre-trip medical control and have an appropriate mark in the waybill.
Mandatory observance of the time of delivery of buses.
