Payment terms:• Оплата поставленной продукции осуществляется в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней после поставки продукции, выставления счета-фактуры за поставленную продукцию и прохождения входного контроля.
• Все цены в предложении должны включать все налоги и другие обязательные платежи, стоимость всех сопутствующих работ (услуг), транспортные расходы до склада покупателя и т.д., а также все скидки, предлагаемые поставщиком.
Delivery terms:• Оборудование должно быть сертифицировано и иметь разрешение на применение на опасных производственных объектах.
• Замена товара на другой тип или марку допускается в случае снятия модели с производства.
• Предложения подавать на полный лот, разбивка на отдельные позиции в лоте не допускается.
• Гарантийные срок эксплуатации не менее 24 месяцев.
