Payment terms:Payment under the Agreement is made by bank transfer by the Customer of funds to the Supplier's current account specified in this Agreement within 7 calendar days from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance of the goods.
Delivery terms:The goods are delivered by the supplier's forces and means to the buyer's warehouse. The cost of transportation and procurement costs should be included in the price of the goods. The goods must be delivered with protection from external influences (including climatic, mechanical) during transportation, storage and loading and unloading operations. Packaging should prevent (including during delivery) spoilage of finished products, contamination, mechanical damage. Delivery of products whose packaging has mechanical damage is not allowed.
Packaging of labels should ensure their safety, prevent deformation, protect against mechanical and atmospheric influences during transportation and storage.
