Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment by transfer of funds within 90 days from the date of delivery of the products, submission of the original invoice, bill of lading, FRD, reconciliation report.

- Mandatory submission of a commercial offer certified by the seal and signature of the head.
- Delivery of goods on request (and/or once a week).
- The supplier has a retail outlet or warehouse in St. Bugulma.
- Signing direct contracts with subsidiaries and affiliates

Required documents:
1. Extract from EGRUL
2. A copy of the value added tax (VAT) declaration with a receipt for acceptance by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of State Registration of Legal Entity
4. Tax registration certificate of legal entity
5. Certificate of an authorized dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. Certificate on the status of payments for taxes and fees, dated no more than 30 days to the date of submission.
7. Bylaws
8. A power of attorney or decision of the founders, for the head, for the right to sign.
9. Financial statements for the last reporting period.
10. Signed and stamped commercial offer.
11. Participant Questionnaire (attached).

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
