When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:The Buyer pays 100% of the cost of the Goods to the Supplier within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the Buyer's warehouse after the Parties sign the consignment note (competitive bidding process-12) and the Supplier provides the Buyer with shipping documents, namely: invoice, invoice, consignment note, issued in accordance with the requirements of the tax legislation of the Russian Federation, operating instructions in Russian, as well as documents on the quality of the Goods, properly executed.
The Parties undertake to make settlements under the Agreement in rubles of the Russian Federation in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Parties' bank accounts.
The Supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer with an invoice dated from the reporting month / month of shipment/, no later than 5 days from the date of shipment of the Goods.
