Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:100% payment upon delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse within 20 working days
Delivery terms:Following the results of the procedure, a competitive card will be issued, it is MANDATORY to fill out the Commercial Proposal according to the attached form.

Terms of delivery (mandatory):
1. Prices should be indicated taking into account delivery and packaging (crates) to the Buyer's warehouse in the village of Nizhny Bestyakh

2. Specify the manufacturer of the products. Specify the relationship to the products. If a dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.

3. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Product and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).

4. Products must be new, not used.

5. Specify the warranty period for the Product.

6. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.

7. When forming the bid for participation in the procedure, fill in the additional fields of the offer. The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the Commercial Proposal".

Criteria for determining the Winner:
1.Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference, Customer approval.
2. The lowest total transaction value, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse.
3. The period of readiness of the Goods for shipment.
4. The Bidder's attitude to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provision of a complete package of documents specified in the terms of the procedure (in the absence of a valid framework agreement)
