1. In addition to filling out the tabular form on the E-Marketplace, the submission of a scanned Technical and Commercial Proposal (tender offer) on letterhead is MANDATORY (template in the attachment), broken down by materials, indication of prices, guaranteed durability, indication of delivery dates and form of payment, the provision of a draft Technical Agreement in the form of Ural Steel JSC is mandatory
2. Bids will be considered only from accredited suppliers on the B2B platform and only those posted on the E-Marketplaces.
