Payment terms:

-Fixing the purchase price for 3 months from the date of signing the contract
Delivery terms:
-Delivery is carried out by the Supplier at the request of the Customer within 5 days from the date of application.
-The absence of a minimum batch for shipment.
-Reservation of a two-week stock for each item in the Supplier's warehouse
-The remaining shelf life of the delivered goods is at least 70% (unless otherwise agreed by the Parties)
-Each unit of goods must be in individual or group packaging (unless otherwise provided by the manufacturer).
-Availability of RU and certificates of conformity for the goods
-Delivery of goods to the Customer's address
