Payment terms:
Порядок оплаты выполненных работ: в течение 30 календарных дней с момента подписания сторонами Акта выполненных работ на основании выставленных счета на оплату и счета-фактуры.
Оплата поставленного Товара производится Заказчиком в полном объеме в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания товарной накладной (форма – ТОРГ-12) и акта приема-передачи программного обеспечения, при условии получения Заказчиком счёта на оплату, выставленного Исполнителем
Terms of delivery:
Товар должен быть поставлен на склад Заказчика по адресу: РФ, РБ, 450080, г.Уфа, ул. Ст.Злобина, 31/4, не позднее 60 календарных дней с момента подписания договора, транспортом исполнителя с согласованием времени отгрузки товара с Заказчиком.
Работы по модернизации внутрикорпоративной IP-телефонии должны быть начаты с момента поставки товара на склад Заказчика и подписания товарной накладной и акта приема-передачи и завершена не позднее 60 календарных дней с момента поставки оборудования.
