Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made on the basis of original invoices and consignment notes issued in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12) or a universal transfer document (UPD) by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account on the first payment day within 60 days from the date of delivery and after receipt of properly executed documents and invoices. Payment days are the 4th, 14th, and 24th of each month. If the payment deadline falls on a non-working and/or public holiday, then payment is made on the next business day after it. At the same time, the period until the next payment day is not a late payment.
