1. Payment terms - 100% post-payment, postponement of 60 calendar days

3. To provide a technical and commercial proposal (in total and in the context of individual types of work)
4. Confirm the inclusion in the cost of all consumables, spare parts and overhead costs, including those related to travel and accommodation of the contractor's personnel to the place of work: Krasnodar Territory, Krasnodar, Industrial Park Krasnodar, site No. 211, building No. 1
5. Provide an extract from the legal entity assessment service
6. Confirm the scope of work/services performed in accordance with the Requirements Specification
7. Confirm the periodicity of the work performed in accordance with the Requirements Specification.
8. Confirm the start time of the work in case of equipment failures within 2 hours from the date of receipt of the bid.
9. Confirm the availability of qualified and certified personnel
10. Confirm the experience of performing work similar to the object specified in this Assignment
11. Confirm the availability of serviceable, trusted tools and equipment
12. Confirm that the spare parts and consumables are new, not used, not restored
13. Confirm that the spare parts and consumables are original
14. Warranty period for spare parts and works is 12 months
15. Confirm the validity period of the Commercial Proposal for at least 90 calendar days
16. Confirm the fixation of the cost in rubles
17. Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider

The Call for Bid Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of bid submission.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
