Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of shipment of the corresponding batch of Goods, based on the shipping documents provided by e-mail (invoice, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12, certificate of acceptance and transfer of equipment, carrier's waybill on acceptance of cargo to transportation).
Delivery terms:1. Prices should be indicated on EXW terms (pickup from the supplier's warehouse). Transportation costs should not be included in the cost of production. The cost of the products should include packaging and, if necessary, crate cargo.
2. Specify the time when the products are ready for shipment and the shipping address.
3. Specify the manufacturer of the products. Specify the relationship to the products. If a dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Product and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the attached terms of reference;
6. Specify the warranty period for the Product. It must be calculated from the moment the shopping center is put into operation.
7. Specify the dimensions of each unit of Goods and the total lot (weight, volume).
8. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
9. When forming an bid for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer (5 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the Commercial Proposal".

Optional (optional):

If it is possible to deliver the Goods on DDP terms (Buyer's warehouse/port of Magadan). Shipping costs must be indicated in the Commercial Proposal in a separate line.

Criteria for determining the Winner:

1.Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference, Customer approval.
2. The lowest total transaction value, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in Magadan.
3. The period of readiness of the Goods for shipment.
4. The Bidder's attitude to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provision of a complete package of documents specified in the terms of the procedure.
