Payment of invoices must be made within the selected period from the moment the Carrier's invoices are received by the Company. The moment of receipt of invoices is the receipt by the Company of the original invoices and all necessary documents confirming the fact of the carriage listed in the contract.
To pay the invoice on time, the following TSDs are required:
- original HS, CMR, waybill (duly certified copy of the waybill), waybill, bill of lading (certified by the seal of the Carrier (his Agent)/The Freight Forwarder and the signature of the authorized person of the Carrier (his Agent)/Freight Forwarder, as well as the seal and signature of the authorized person of the Shipper and Consignee);
- original bid for transportation/Instructions to the forwarder, Forwarding receipt; -originals of powers of attorney for authorized persons of the Carrier (its Agent)/Freight Forwarder;
-originals of powers of attorney for authorized persons of the Consignee for all FTL shipments (awning 82/92 m3; 110/120 m3, container 20 ft.; 40 ft.), except for intra-city/intercity shipments from a regional warehouse to the Company's customer address (9-12/18 m3; 25-40 m3) and small-batch shipments (through the Carrier's distribution centers/Freight forwarder);
-originals of certificates of completed works, certified by the seal of the Carrier/The Freight Forwarder and the signature of the authorized person of the Carrier/Freight forwarder. |

The subject of Call for Bidding is the conclusion of framework contracts for the provision of transport services for the transportation of products of the plant of JSC "Ecopet". If there is a need for the delivery of PET products, the Customer creates a bid in the SAAS system ("Mygruz"). The distribution of volumes by the competitive bidding process in the form of a Reverse Auction for each bid is a mandatory requirement to obtain the minimum cost of the service. At the end of the procedure, the bid is sent to the Bidder who offered the lowest cost. |

В тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков запроса ценовых предложений НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение.
Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения.
