Payment terms:
The payment for the rendered Services is made in the following order: the final payment for the rendered Stages of Services is made within 7 working days if the Contractor is an MSP, and within 60-90 (sixty-ninety) calendar days if the Contractor is not an MSP, from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery signed and sent by the Contractor-acceptance of the rendered Stages of Services on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered to the Stage, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) Technical report on the performance of hydrodynamic cleaning of the heat exchange equipment of the steam boiler house, the CCGT unit, the LVK-3 boiler shop of Perm CHPP-6.
