Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the final settlement is carried out with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the universal transfer document (UPD), subject to submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) An invoice,
b) a Universal Transfer Document (UPD),
c) A report on the medical examinations provided by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
In case of conclusion of an agreement with the MSP, clause 3.1. is set out in the following wording:
calculation for the Services rendered/The stage of services is performed within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Services signed and sent by the Contractor/Stage of services on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc. .
