Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

4. free time for loading at the factory – 3 days;
5. Export customs clearance by the sender;
6. fixing the bid for the period of the tender;
7. A survey at the port of shipment is required (the report must contain photographs and a descriptive part in Russian and English);
8. Daily provision of information on the location of cargo;
9. the ecological class of vehicles is not lower than the third – to register in the commercial offer;
10. cargo insurance is mandatory (specify the cost of insurance in% of the value of the cargo). The insurance policy must be published in Russian and English – to register in the commercial offer;
