Payment terms:Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is made by the Customer within 120 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the acts of work performed, the act of reconciliation of calculations executed in 2 copies and the presentation of an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The term of the contract is from 01.05.2022 to 31.12.2022.

According to the objects of the "Customer" preparation – Orenburg region (Pervomaisky, Asikeevsky, Matveevsky district) - 7 sites (161 000 m3), reclamation - 5 sites (75 000 m3), Samara region (Sergievsky, Bolsheglushitsky, Ryazan, Kinelcherkassky district) - preparation of 2 sites (46 000 m3), reclamation - 5 sites (81,000 m3) , Republic of Tatarstan (Aksubayevsky, Nurlatsky district) preparation - 9 sites (135,000 m3), reclamation - 19 sites (290,000 m3), Republic of Bashkortostan (n.p. Askino, Bolshekachakovo) - reclamation of 2 sites (30,000 m3.

Comments:
This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting prices at any time, without incurring any responsibility to Suppliers!!!

1. Acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer.
2. The work must be carried out on its own without the involvement of subcontractors.
3. All equipment must meet the required technical specifications, technical specifications, as well as have passports, certificates of conformity.
4. Payment is made for 1 m3.
5. When carrying out work in the Orenburg region, the accreditation of PJSC Rosneft is required.
6. Compliance with the requirements of the current guidance documents and technological instructions, the current safety rules of work. Do not allow the facts of mixing of chernozem with clay during the preparation and reclamation of sites.

The application of the commercial offer on the letterhead is mandatory.
