Обоснование: Рекомендовать заключение договора на оказание услуг по поверке, калибровке средств измерений (манометры, сигнализаторы загазованности, напорометры), установленных на объектах ООО «ХК «Нефтехимик» с ООО «НМОП» (ИНН 1658111791) на сумму 38 950 рублей 00 копеек, без учета НДС, на срок 12 месяцев, с оказанием услуг по заявкам и на территории Заказчика, с порядком оплаты – постоплата в течение 30 календарных дней после оказания услуги и подписания Акта приема-сдачи оказанных услуг.
Критерии выбора:
1. Наименьшая цена;
2. Коммерческое предложение соответствует запросу Общества;
3. Заключение (рекомендация) инициатора ТЗП Насибуллиной Г.И.
4. Положительное заключение генерального директора по безопасности ООО «ХК «Нефтехимик» Шакирова Р.А.;
