Обоснование: 1. не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявку НУЗ "Отделенческая клиническая больница на ст. Пермь-2 ОАО "РЖД", ООО "Наш МЦ "Парацельс" - основание принятия решения указано в соответствующем столбце;
2. в соответствии с п.7.9.5 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «Научно-производственная корпорация «Уралвагонзавод» (с изменениями)» произвести ранжирование предложений участников закупочной процедуры в соответствии с критериями оценки, с указанием порядкового номера (присвоения места), данная информация указана в соответствующем столбце;
3. по лоту № 1 в соответствии с присвоением первого места заявке участника признать победителем ГБУЗ СО "СОКБ № 1" с суммой договора 10 490 000,00 руб. (НДС не облагается).
