Auto-extension

Payment terms:The payment for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer is made with a deferred payment of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the provision by the Contractor of a complete set of documents.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the MSP: the payment for the Services rendered is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of services signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other methods agreed by the parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transfer of promissory notes, etc.
