Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
For the Stage of Services rendered and accepted by the Customer, Payments are deferred for at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) technical report
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the MSP, clause b) clause 3.1. is stated in the following wording:
The calculation for the rendered Stage of services is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Stage of services signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the settlement account The Contractor or other methods agreed by the parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
