Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• The prices for services in Lots specified in the Bid specification (Appendix No. 1) must be in rubles and excluding VAT.
• Payment method – non-cash form of payments.
• If your organization is exempt from paying VAT, or the VAT rate differs from 20%, please be sure to indicate this
• Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is made by the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Contract (Appendix No. 5).
• Prices must be fixed for a period of at least 1 year.
• The Contractor must be ready to switch to electronic document management at the initiative of the Customer.
Delivery terms:• The period of cooperation: from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025 and includes:
A) Cleaning of the adjacent territory:
- "summer" period – from April 1 to October 31
- "winter" period – from November 1 to March 31
B) Cleaning of premises of objects:
- During the entire term of the contract

• The Bidder must provide prices for each item in the Lot.
• The list of the Customer's objects in Lots broken down by format is indicated in Appendix No. 1.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
