Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment under the Agreement is made by the Customer in separate payments on a monthly basis by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor, after the Customer has signed the Service Acceptance Certificate, within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date the Customer receives the original invoice for payment, in one original copy made in Turkish and translation of the invoice for payment in Russian with the attachment of the Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance of Services signed by the Parties Teslim Tesellüm Tutanağı eklenerek İş Sahibi tarafından alınmasını müteakip 45 (kırk beş) takvim günü içinde İş Sahibi tarafından her ay ayrı ödemeler halinde hesablenicinin
