Design stages:

Composition of design documentation must comply with Government Regulation No. 87, GOST 21.1001-2013 and other interrelated standards System design documentation for construction.

Requirements and composition design and survey works:
1. Perform geodetic, geological, environmental and hydro-meteorological surveys to the extent necessary for performance of design works and passing the State examination.
2. Develop project and working documentation, including under section Technological and constructive solutions to the following structures and devices:
- Driveway-use;
- Rebuild (takeaway) utilities that fall within a zone of construction;
- Signalling, centralization and blocking;
- Man-made structures (culvert pipe)

Develop topics:
- List of civil defence activities, activities for the prevention of natural and man-caused emergencies 9pri required);
- The list of activities for environmental protection Wednesday;
- Organization of construction project;
- Fire safety activities;
- Draft organization of work for the demolition or dismantling of capital construction (if necessary);
- Estimates for construction.

3. run (adjustment of SCB section applicable documentation and INTERLOCKING art. "Moscow").
Estimates must be run on the basis of the federal unit costs (FER 2001) in the base and the current price level at the time of project documentation.

Indexes the transition from basic prices to current and forecast for the CONSTRUCTION of infrastructure on the territory of JSC "RZD" are made on the basis of administrative documents of the JSC "Russian railways".
