Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the terms of 100% prepayment within 5 (five) business days from the date of signing the Contract/Specifications based on the invoice for payment, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
Location and terms of delivery:Ufa.
Shipment of Goods is carried out by the Seller after receiving 100% prepayment for the Goods, by pickup by and at the expense of the Buyer, from the Seller's warehouse.
The Buyer is obliged to pick up the Goods within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt from the Seller of the notification of the Goods' readiness for shipment and payment in the manner and amount provided for in the Contract/relevant Specification to the Contract.

- Scrap and lump waste of aluminum class A grade 2a (in the amount of 8.2 kg);
- Waste copper wire (class 1) (in the amount of 448.44 kg);
- Waste copper wire paper insulation (in the amount of 1 447,226 kg).
- Scrap and waste of copper of the 1st group, class A, 1st grade (in the amount of 143,916 kg)
- Cable scrap copper group I current conductors in PVC
insulation. (in the amount of 54 kg)


1. The Seller recommends Bidders to inspect the Goods before the end of the COMPETITIVE bidding process.
2. Inspection is carried out by prior bid sent to the post office k.fedorova@erso .group
3. Claims on the quality of the goods and after the COMPETITIVE bidding process are not accepted.
4. A prerequisite for participation is the availability of an appropriate license for this category of Goods.
5. In the commercial offer it is necessary to specify how long you will take out the metal after paying the invoice.
6. The transfer of ownership of the goods is transferred to our factory, acceptance is only by our weight.
7. Loading into the car from above.
8. We sell aluminum wire waste with paper insulation together with our containers, it is not allowed to shift it,
9. When shipping all other items sold, we ask you to bring your own clean or new tonnage bags (10 pieces), they are exchange, we do not sell our own.
10. The concept of "blockage" does not apply to the Goods (it is set at 0.0%).
11. Pickup: the buyer undertakes to perform all necessary actions to ensure acceptance of the goods, including ensuring the delivery of transport and the presence of its authorized representatives in the right amount for acceptance, loading and export of the goods on the day and place of sampling of the goods, defined by the agreement.
