Commercial proposals issued on the letterhead of the organization, signed and sealed, are accepted for consideration.
1. Commercial Proposals are uploaded to the competition in two formats: 1. PDF with the seal and contacts of the contractor. 2. Excel. It is mandatory to fill out the application form to the Technical and Commercial Proposal (see the bidding documentation).
Mandatory conditions when submitting Technical and Commercial Proposals – cost, delivery time, terms and basis of delivery, payment terms, specify the manufacturer for each proposed nomenclature.
2. Required payment terms: 100% post-payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

3. Attach a certificate of conformity, a quality certificate.
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
