Payment terms:Отсрочка платежа в течение 60 дней с даты поставки товара на склад Покупателя.В случае наличия авансового платежа Поставщик обязан представить безотзывную банковскую гарантию на сумму, не менее суммы предоплаты, выданную банком входящим в рейтинг пятидесяти крупнейших банков России или международных банков, с рейтингом не ниже ВВ+/Ваа2.
Delivery terms:Доставка Товара осуществляется Поставщиком до склада Покупателя. Стоимость доставки включена в стоимость Товара. Датой поставки является дата передачи Товара Покупателю на момент подписания товарной накладной (ТОРГ-12) на складе Покупателя г. Междуреченск, Южная промзона, Складское хозяйство. Срок поставки товара: сентябрь 2015г.
Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным.
