Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 15 minutes before bid submission deadline the best offer changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 15 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:Prices in the offer must be indicated in rubles / ton. with VAT 20% and delivery to the warehouse of the Consignee on condition of prepayment. There is a cell with a mark-up for the postponement conditions.
Delivery terms:Delivery by motor transport (multiple of 20tn vehicle loading) to the consignee's warehouse - Kazan and Zelenodolsk during the entire period from 04/07/2025 to 04/15/2025 at the bidding of the consignee within 2 days. Prices in the offer must be indicated in rubles/ton. with VAT with delivery on condition of prepayment. There is a cell with a mark-up for the postponement conditions.
