Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the bill of lading (in form TORG-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia No. 132 of December 25, 98), subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice, an invoice issued on the basis of the signed agreement, by transferring money funds to the Provider's current account.
