The date of delivery of the Goods is considered to be:
- when shipping by rail of the Supplier – the date of the stamp in the railway waybill of the consignee's station;
- when shipping by rail of the Buyer – the date of the stamp in the railway waybill of the shipper's station;
- for shipment by motor transport (pickup) – date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note/UPD;
- when the Goods are delivered by the Supplier's vehicle to the Buyer's warehouse – the date of acceptance of the Goods by the Buyer in the Buyer's warehouse, indicated in the consignment note /UPD.
