The initial (maximum) price of the lot is rubles, including VAT and transportation costs for the delivery of MTR.
- Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of products;
- the remaining 50% within 10 calendar days from the date of actual delivery of materials to the buyer's warehouse after providing the originals (S/F, TORG12, TTn, UPD)
6. The procedure for the formation of the contract price (lot price) (including or excluding transportation costs, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other mandatory payments): Taking into account the transport costs for the delivery of MTR.
7. The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of the goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, the size, packaging, shipment of the goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the conformity of the supplied goods, work performed, services provided to the needs of the customer;
- The supplied materials must comply with the specified GOST, TU, OTT.

Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the register. Absence of arrears on taxes and fees for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activity.
