Proposal participant should be valid for at least 60 days.

Buyer Treaty form, if necessary - protocol of disagreements.

It is necessary to load the following documents:

1) A copy of the charter and the constituent contract; 2) A copy of the certificate of state registration; 3) a copy of certificate of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, issued by the Tax Inspectorate (TIN and BIN), and 4) a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the the tax authority no earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the date of discharge; 5) a copy of the minutes of general meeting of participants (shareholders) of a company or decision of the sole member (shareholder) of the company for appointment of company director (with a sample of the signature).

When submitting a proposal participant confirms his agreement with all the requirements of the documentation.
