Обоснование: 1. Признать победителем ООО "ФОРСТА" (ИНН: 7810900980) по всем лотам по совокупности факторов. По лотам 1 и 3 – по наименьшей цене. Итоговая цена по лоту 2 отличается от ООО "КОМУС" (ИНН: 7721793895) незначительно, составляет 1%, поэтому предлагаю не делить номенклатуру на двух поставщиков и отдать все лоты ООО "ФОРСТА" (ИНН: 7810900980). Общая сумма по всем лотам у ООО "ФОРСТА" (ИНН: 7810900980) меньше, чем у ООО "КОМУС" (ИНН: 7721793895).
2. Признать дублером ООО "КОМУС" (ИНН: 7721793895) по всем лотам по второму месту по цене.
3. Заключить дополнительные соглашения к договорам поставок услуг с действующим поставщиком ООО "ФОРСТА" (ИНН: 7810900980) и с дублером ООО "КОМУС" (ИНН: 7721793895).
