Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 30 minutes before bid submission deadline the best offer changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 30 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is deferred for 45 calendar days. All prices must be indicated with VAT-20% and with delivery. It is mandatory to have positive accreditation in PJSC "PIK NW". Offers with a deferred payment of 45 days will be considered as a priority.
Delivery terms:Fixing the price for the announcement of the tender period. The conclusion of an Agreement on Electronic Document Management (EDI) with the Customer is a prerequisite for concluding an agreement with the Winner of the tender.
Delivery of the supplier's vehicles to construction sites according to the list of addresses specified in the terms of reference).
All prices must be indicated with VAT-20% and with delivery.
In the event that you do not agree to sign the standard form of the contract, you must upload a protocol of disagreement.
The customer has the right to check the material for compliance. In case of deviations, all associated return and replacement costs, including transportation costs and loading and unloading costs, are borne by the supplier.
It is mandatory to have positive accreditation in PJSC "PIK NW".
Georeferencing:Moscow and the Moscow region.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
