Auto-extension

Within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the receipt of the consignment of goods by the Buyer.
Delivery terms:
The products are delivered by forces and at the expense of the Supplier at the address indicated in the application. Transportation costs, costs associated with loading and unloading should be included in the price of the goods.
Delivery periods are determined in accordance with the delivery schedule previously agreed by the parties, taking into account the following conditions:
- delivery to regional centers is carried out monthly on the basis of applications, in a period not exceeding 10 calendar days from the receipt of the application. It is allowed to execute one-time (urgent) applications.
- delivery to clinics within the Moscow region is carried out the next day after receipt of the application (rejection maximum 1 day), strictly within the specified quantity of the goods in the application.
Goods are accepted on the day of delivery.
The procedure for the formation of the contract price: The cost of the goods must be formed taking into account all taxes, fees, customs duties and other obligatory payments provided for in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as the costs of delivery and loading and unloading of goods.
The price of goods proposed by the Supplier is fixed for the entire duration of the contract and is not subject to revision.
Order and terms of payment: Bank transfer.
Payment term: within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the receipt of the consignment of goods by the Buyer.
