Payment terms:
The payment for the rendered Services is made within 7 working days if the Contractor is an MSP, and within 60-90 (sixty-ninety) calendar days if the Contractor is not an MSP, from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
d) agreed and approved energy characteristics of the equipment of the Zakamskaya CHPP-5, schedules of the initial nominal specific fuel consumption for the supply of electricity and heat, models for calculating the standard specific fuel consumption for the supply of electricity and heat of the Zakamskaya CHPP-5, in two original copies in printed form and in one copy – on electronic media.
